Responsible sourcing is not a certificate we hang on a wall. It is the discipline of knowing which county a root was dug in, which cooperative grew it, and which batch it became inside our Xi’an extraction facility — and being able to show you the paperwork for all three.
Field-Level Partnerships, Not Spot Markets
We build direct, multi-season relationships with growers and cooperatives across China’s verified botanical regions. Long-term purchasing agreements give farmers a fair, predictable price; in return, we get first call on premium lots and full visibility into cultivation practices. When a customer asks where their milk thistle actually grew, the answer is a place name, not a warehouse.

Verification Before Volume
A sustainable supply chain that cannot prove purity is just a story. Every incoming lot is tested by HPLC or UV for active-component content against its specification, with heavy metals (Pb, As, Cd, Hg), solvent residues and microbiology controlled on every batch. Retained samples are kept for 24 months — long after the goods have reached your warehouse, the evidence is still on ours.

Sustainability ultimately shows up in the finished product a consumer picks up — a gummy, a functional beverage, a supplement bar. Our job is to make that reference unambiguous, from the grower’s field to the confectionery line.
Worker Safety & Ethical Practice
Our Xi’an facility operates under GMP and HACCP food-safety management, with documented worker-safety protocols, proper PPE for solvent-handling stations, and environmental controls on every extraction line. Ethical labor practice is audited internally and taken as seriously as product quality — because a supply chain that mistreats people eventually mistreats product.
