Baisifu Health

Manufacturing

A botanical extract is a promise made twice: once in the plant, and once in the powder that reaches your factory. Our manufacturing campus in Xi’an exists to keep that second promise — turning carefully sourced botanicals into standardized, fully documented extracts that behave identically, drum after drum, year after year.

One Campus, End to End

Baisifu Health production is not a rented line or a trading intermediary. Raw-material intake, extraction, concentration, drying, milling, blending, QC and export warehousing sit inside one gated campus in the Xi’an high-tech zone — so a batch never leaves our custody between harvest and dispatch. Fewer handovers mean fewer variables, and fewer variables mean your formulation does not drift.

Baisifu Health production campus in Xi'an - extraction workshops, QC laboratory and export warehousing

The Production Campus

Dedicated extraction workshops handle water, ethanol and supercritical CO2 lines in physically separated bays, so there is no cross-contact between botanical families. Downstream, spray- and vacuum-drying towers, a milling and sieving room, and a formulation bay for custom blends feed a QC release laboratory and an export-grade warehouse. The campus runs under GMP-aligned SOPs with batch records kept for every drum we ship.

Extraction at Production Scale

Whether your specification calls for a water-soluble powder, a fine-micron grade for tablets, or a high-purity fraction isolated by column chromatography, the target is the same: the active content on our certificate must match the active content in your drum. We routinely standardize to tight windows — icariin 20%, silymarin 80%, ginsenosides, trans-resveratrol 98%, OPC 95% — and we publish the method behind every number.

Standardized Powders, Documented Lots

Each lot is dried, milled and blended to a written specification, then held in quarantine until QC releases it. Packaging scales with your program: 1 kg foil samples for R&D, 25 kg fiber drums for production, and full-container loads with palletized, desiccant-protected loading for FCL programs.

Capability Detail
Extraction methods Water extraction, ethanol extraction, supercritical CO2, column chromatography
Standardization Active-content grades from 10% to 99%, verified by HPLC / GC / UV-Vis
Dosage formats supported Water-soluble powders, fine-micron grades, custom carriers (maltodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin)
Packaging 1 kg sample foil, 25 kg fiber drums, FCL palletized export loading

Quality Control, Batch by Batch

QC is a department, not a certificate. Every incoming botanical is tested for identity before it enters extraction; every finished lot is tested for active content, heavy metals, pesticide residues and microbiology before it leaves. Retention samples are kept for the full shelf life of the batch, and the chromatogram behind each COA is on file — available to your QA team on request, not on demand-after-dispute.

The QC Laboratory

HPLC, GC and UV-Vis instrumentation run under controlled SOPs by a dedicated analyst team. Release testing covers identity (TLC and HPLC fingerprint), assay, loss on drying, heavy metals, residue and microbial limits — the full panel your regulatory dossier expects, issued with the batch rather than after you chase it.

Sourcing Control: From Field to Flask

Extract quality is decided at the field long before the first liter of solvent. We buy from audited cultivated bases with defined species, plant part and harvest windows — not from anonymous spot markets — and we authenticate every incoming botanical by macroscopic, microscopic and chromatographic identity before it is accepted. That is how we keep adulteration risk out of your supply chain, and consistency in it.

Controlled cultivation terraces for botanical raw materials

Cultivated, Audited, Traceable

Long-term cultivation partners grow to our agronomic requirements, and each intake lot carries a traceability code back to its harvest region and season. For actives where wild-harvested material is common in the market, our cultivated sourcing is the difference between a defensible specification and a COA you cannot stand behind.

From Brief to Batch: OEM / ODM Workflow

1 · Brief & NDA

Send your target actives, grades and market. We sign your NDA before any technical exchange.

2 · Feasibility & Quotation

Within two working days: a feasibility review, sample plan and tiered pricing from 1 kg to FCL.

3 · Pilot Sample

20–50 g samples with draft COA, so your R&D tests the real article, not a promise.

4 · Specification Lock

We agree the written spec — assay window, mesh size, moisture, packaging — and freeze it into the batch record.

5 · Scale-Up Production

Pilot data drives the production batch on the same line, under the same SOPs, at the agreed volume.

6 · Release & Logistics

QC release, full document pack, and export handling from Xi’an to your destination port, LCL or FCL.

Baisifu Health facility - engineered for GMP-aligned botanical extract production

Facility audits, third-party inspection reports and video walk-throughs can be arranged for qualified B2B partners before you commit to a program.
