Every batch is released with an active-component assay by HPLC / UV, CAS traceability, and a complete COA, MSDS / TDS and specification set. Production runs under GMP and HACCP food-safety management, with heavy-metal (Pb, As, Cd, Hg), solvent-residue and microbiological control (TVC, yeast, mold, E. coli, Salmonella, S. aureus) on every lot.

Our laboratory is the checkpoint between raw botanical material and your finished formulation — nothing ships until the numbers match the specification sheet.

A Team Built for Customization

Our R&D group develops custom extracts end to end: target active enrichment, solvent-system selection, water-soluble / oil-soluble form design, and synergistic blends such as men’s vitality stacks, whitening complexes and anti-aging matrices. Pilot-scale samples, formulation guidance and dossier support are provided from concept to commercialization — typically with a feasibility answer within two working days.

Standardized Extracts

Baisifu specializes in standardized extracts — fixed active-content grades (for example icariin 20%, silymarin 80%, trans-resveratrol 98%, alpha-arbutin 99%) backed by HPLC certificates, so your formulation stays consistent from pilot to full production. Stability data, accelerated shelf-life studies and retained-sample traceability (24 months) are available on request.

Customization & Formulation Support

Beyond catalog items, development follows a structured path: feasibility review, solvent-system screening, pilot production, stability verification, then scale-up. At each stage you receive defined deliverables — assay data, sample quantities and updated documentation — so internal sign-off is never blocked by missing paperwork.
